We love this facility! The grounds and units are clean, the office staff is amazing...Rondae is the best! The prices are excellent, if you are in need of storage, look no further!

I had a storage unit at this location for almost two years. Rondae was a huge help throughout that time. In helping me assume responsibility for the unit and transferring it into my name. She called me every month, until I started automatic payments, to remind me that the bill was due so I wouldn’t get a late fee. I never actually met her in person until 2 years later when I went to get all my stuff from the unit and stop service. I walked in told her my first name and that I’ve had a unit there for almost 2 years, however I don’t have the key, because it was my first time there, and she knew exactly who I was. She said my last name before I even gave it to her. I said “oh my gosh, you remember me?” And laughed. She said “it’s been a while, but I sure do.” We talked quite a bit at the beginning of the unit being purchased and my situation was a little unconventional, but I was surprised in such a good way. She was so helpful the entire time my parents and I were there moving my stuff out of the unit. She came and checked on us a couple of times. We asked if she had anything to secure two things that wouldn’t fit into my car to the top of my car and she provided us with bungee cords she had saved. She was absolutely AMAZING!! I would definitely recommend this location!! Thank you so much for making a difficult situation not so difficult Rondae!!

We have used this location on and off as needed for the past 4 years for my college student daughter. They are absolutely fantastic! They are the most responsive, lovely group of professionals that I have had the pleasure of working with of any group across the board. They have always treated my daughter who is there locally ,and me with the utmost professionalism, helpfulness and kindness. Their facilities are clean and well-maintained, and our belongings are always in good condition when we have retrieved them from the unit.
