Overall great experience. Had a unit within a matter of minutes through online reservation. Was able to access same day and the team was courteous and professional to get me acclimated to using the unit. I will use again if the need arises for sure.

Jeremy was very professional. He did a great job showing me the facility and explaining everything.

Jeremy at the Canton Rd location is a good guy & a pleasure to work with.. New facility, love the climate controlled indoor storage and it's reasonably priced for what I was looking for.. I would definitely recommend! Fast forward to 15 months later as I am updating this review.. My experience at Cube Smart, Lakemore Plaza, was nothing but a pleasant one.. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs self storage needs.. Jeremy is a great manager, he was very accommodating, polite, social, and ready to serve your needs at this location.. Thank you so much Jeremy for your help, it's sincerely appreciated.. I closed down my last unit as of yesterday but it was nothing but a good experience..
