I have been a Cube Smart customer since 2021. I was so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff when I explained my storage needs. No one has demonstrated this 'Customer Care' more effectively and with such kindness than Markeith. He went the 'Extra Mile' to explain my options when my payment was delayed in holiday mail and called me to report his receipt of payment. I was worried as to what had happened to it.
