Everyone was always friendly and helpful. Communication was good regarding any changes in renting policy or rent price changes. Facility was always clean and safe and gate in working order. I was provided a gate code that I could easily remember. All in all, good experience.

Check units before the purchase. I was not able to use the unit at all due to the fact that it was way smaller than what I ordered. They also have a horrible policy for refunding and I was not able to get my money back because I was 4 days past the policy. I don't drive and I totally feel that as a business it was very unprofessional. I will not be referring anyone to cubesmart

Making the reservation was painless, and the staff seemed to know what they were doing. Good price, location is perfect for me, and everything looks secure. All of this stayed true the entire time I was there.
