Ms Jenn is super awesome nice, caring,sweet, she really do care about her customers, And there safety. I will definitely refer other to this location hands Down the best.

Everything was great and Gage (I am not sure if I am spelling his name correctly) was helpful and friendly. The storage unit was clean and ready for us!

Customer service over the phone was super helpful and in person at the Rochester location was also super helpful. Gage in particular was eager to help and answer all my questions and discuss options to fit all my furniture and belongings. Definitely would recommend to others (:

My first experience with Cube Smart Storage Rochester Hills, was very good. Gage was helpful with my questions when I called and he is absolutely very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He took time to show us a Unit, and though they were not far from time of close, Gage was courteous and didn’t rush us. I appreciate the professionalism and expertise of Gage who explained everything thoroughly. Thanks Gage! And CubeSmart! Keep up the great customer service! ??
