I just rented 2 units from the Haggerty Rd location in Novi and Cheryl and Jill could not have been more helpful. They made everything quick and simple, very professional, all in all, a pleasant process. I will definitely rent from here again.

The lady in the office was so nice and very busy. I do think the price is too high for a small unit! And I forgot a lock, so office closed when I went back to fill unit. Needless to say I had to go to hardware to purchase one at 8:00 pm
