Far, far too expensive. A true rip-off. Plus my unit was burgled -- lousy security!

Update: Someone commented on this post promising to make it right. It’s been three weeks and nothing.
Poor experience here storing my mother-in-law’s items while she moved. I spent all day cleaning out the unit and communicated via email with the store three days before move out that the unit was emptied. Then was told in a much delayed email that they needed it left open. Did so immediately and let them know and they still charged us an additional month rent despite the unit being cleaned out and us communicating that in advance of the deadline. They were unwilling to compromise or put any effort into making things right. Will not use again.

Very easy and fast service. The unit was very clean. And easy to get to.

Facilities were always clean. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

We worked with the manager there, Jill, and she was amazing! Answered all my questions and we had a great experience storing our stuff there this summer for our MSU student who was between apartments.
