I just went online to pay my storage & come to find out….All of a sudden, I don’t have an account!! I called the main 800# for the company and the rep stated that the CubeSmart on 80th St in Kenosha was sold to someone else!!! Why didn’t you guys send out a letter or an email notifying customers??!!! Where is my stuff??!!! Is it still there? Or did you guys steal everyone’s belongings & that’s why we were NOT notified???!!! Funny how you made sure to send me notification that my price had increased and also to remind me of my due date!!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!! You people better hope that my things are still there AND secure!!!!
