I had an excellent experience recently, the guys I worked with there were super helpful and made me feel comfortable knowing I was in good hands! Keep up the great work!

They raise prices on unit every 4 months , so far up 80%, its not worth it im just going to cancel and clear out my unit wasent worth it last price increase this is motivation to move thanks but no thanks, starting rate 88$ after 1 year rate is now 167$ sesrch them on reddit they do this to everyone. Canceled my unit at of 12-10-24

UPDATE 11/26/2024: On month 4, I received a notice exactly 30 days before my 5th month of rent is due, that my rent is going up $38, which I agreed to in the contract. I am a little disappointed that the rate increased before 6 months of rent, but I go in every month and check on my unit. It's always clean, I feel safe, carts are available now. Just hoping rent doesn't increase for another year.
ORIGINAL 8/2024 :Staff is great! Explain everything really well, and walk you to your unit and make sure you have no issues getting in. The the little gift bag! I like the controlled climate and not as expensive as Uhaul. I feel safe when coming in and appreciate the security around the building and the lights coming on as you walk. Please put a ramp on the door that doesn't have one. Secondly, I really wish there were more carts. At least 4 per storage area at ALL entrances not just the first two.
