Friendly atmosphere very clean Joann is great and very helpful clean place would recommend to rent here

Their app is great as long as it is working.

The storage unit is alot bigger then I thought and the building is clean, it does suck that they only have 2 bays and 1 of the doors are broke and sounds like it's been broke for awhile. Don't know why they don't fix it! It would make things alot easier for the people using the Facility. The only other issue I have was when I first pulled up to go into the office There were like three cars in the Parking lot that look like people living in their vehicles, And then when I came back with the load of my stuff there were still vehicles there that looked like they were living in them. And I know for a fact they weren't just sitting there waiting because I was able to unload my stuff right away. So there was nothing holding them back from unloading if that's what they were there for. So that made me uncomfortable.

After coming to drop off and pickup some belongings, I sat in the parking lot for a short period of time and they called the police, I assume for loitering?
