CubeSmart Self Storage

I stored some of my household belongings here for years after I moved to California, as I was not sure what I would need and what I would be able to store in California once I settled in a house. I recently bought a house in California and shipped my belongings here, closing my storage unit in Glenview. CubeSmart was a GREAT place to store my belongings. Everything stayed safe and dry, and it was easy to access my things and even go through and get rid of belongings I did not want to take to California. Tamara was VERY helpful with any questions over the years, and I knew she was keeping a close eye on the facility at all times. Go somewhere that was cleaned once this year in stead. Go somewhere clean where there is more than one egotistical and defensive employee. Why this company employes only one person and the one they chose is baffling. Can corporate remove the sign in the bathroom that asks customers to inform the manager if the bathroom is dirty please?
I have been disgusted for months and followed the sign. The sole employee blamed people that didn't work there for using the bathroom. The bathroom was not dirtied by people using the bathroom. It needs to be cleaned because of the layers of grime and unsanitary toilet paper holder.
Please remove the sign. When followed the leader will argue, blame others, lie and say it was cleaned, turn her back and walk away. If you're lucky enough to be met by an unlocked office door, or catch her when she is not socializing, that is.
