Jen manages this location in a professional manner, and it's extremely well maintained.

Setting up storage rental was made quick and easy with Jen.

It was my first visit to Cubesmart self storage in Kildeer. The manager of the facility was very kind and helped me to set up my new contract for the rent with the facility.

The facility is clean, and the people are wonderful! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would leave a negative star rating if I could. IT was bad right from the move in. The move-in promo was use of a moving truck for N/C. Jen, manger, called day before the move in to say that I couldnt use the truck becasue it was proping up a garage door at another location. No other option, no discount since I now had to rent a truck on my own. NO NOTHING. The back wall of my locker is rusted and you can see daylight (weather)thru it. Upon move-out, all of the items along that back wall had webs and spider eggs on them. The rain gutter above my unit has a seam directly over my unit. The seam drips, constantly. I got dripped on everytime that I entered or exited the unit. I stopped in the office, again to talk to Jen, asking if the maintanance man could apply some silicone sealer to the seam. $5.00 fix. She said since my stored property wasnt effected by the water, they would NOT fix the drip. Horrible manager. Horrible. I jumped at the chance to relocate when a NEW facility opened in near by Waconda. Larger unit for less money. I forgot to mention that i experienced a 30% rate increase annually. For what?? Shame.

You deserve better. Rent somewhere else.

I did like the CubeSmart app that allows the front gate to open thru the app and not the keypad out front. That is a CubeSmart initiative, not Jens.
