Just rented here. I like the fact that its self serving however I dont understand parking. Like am I supposed to park in front of my unit even tho its not accessible from the street or can/should I park at the end of the units all the way back?

Signing up was easy and quick. Condition of space was good.

Expect MANY rate increases often. Payment keeps going up but services never change. Management is non responsive. Even region manager doesn’t get back to you. During winter the snow service just goes down the middle of the property and pushes snow up against your doors so you can’t get in. I am disabled at the moment and I was told tough, there is a shovel dig it out yourself. They also don’t understand the cook county parking tax that is for motor vehicles. I get charged the tax every month even though I don’t park a motor vehicle. I have multiple units here and don’t always get a warm and fuzzy feeling here about being secure. They get your money each month, that’s all they care about. The rest is up to you.
