Love the inside ..its clean and climate controlled which is great for me. I was in an outdoor one in des plaines and it was dirty and ice in front of my door in winter...so this indoor one is awesome.. very cleaning the people are very helpful.

Expect a big price increase within the first 4 months. Also expect all your stuff to be urinated or pooped on by mice.
