Best storage facility I’ve used! Scott called when I had a question about my unit and helped me find a closer one to the loading dock. When I got there he showed me the unit, informed me of the app and went above and beyond with every question I had!

Mr. Jeffrey Wolfe and Mr. Scott Karlov provided exceptional customer service for us, willing to work with us during the entire moving process. However the corporate office of Cubesmart needs to do better job with fixing broken entrance doors, it was left unrepaired for a long time, making access to the storage difficult. 10 stars for the on-site managers, but two stars for the corporate office of the cubesmart.

Scott & Jeff are amazing at CubeSmart Self Storage! They bent over backwards to accommodate me and some special needs I had in the rental process and choosing a space. The facility is clean and well kept and the service is so far beyond what you would expect for a storage unit! I highly recommend them without any reservation. And also their prices are way better than some other places I will not mention.
