CubeSmart Self Storage

Me and my family have been using this cube smart for many years now, with no problems at all. We love the location and Kathy, who could help you with anything you need.

We’ve had a great experience renting units from the Bartlett location. Kathy, the Manager, is always available and helpful with anything we need. She’s great to work with! I highly recommend the Bartlett location!

DO NOT BE SCAMMED into taking their insurance!!

The employee who opened my account and the onsite manager told me that my own renters insurance policy was unacceptable because it did not include offsite coverage, and required me to take the CubeSmart policy. That was completely untrue.

After reviewing my personal policy, speaking with my insurance agent and doing research, my policy does provide coverage for storage facilities. Their contract specifically states taking their coverage is optional if I have insurance, but they insisted I had to take theirs.

They said they will credit me for insurance they charged me.

I am giving them two stars because the units are nice.
