Kathy is the Manager at the CubeSmart in Bartlett. We’ve been doing business for just over 4 years. She’s kind and sweet with a heart of gold. She treated me as though I were one of her favorite family members. She made sure to greet me warmly whenever I called…but I had to make it a point to see her whenever I stopped by my storage. That’s the type of person and service I’ve come to expect and enjoy. She’s a definite asset to the company and I will always recommend Kathy and CubeSmart.
