CubeSmart Self Storage

I recently moved my business and needed a 10'x20' storage unit, so I was debating between four options in the area. I decided to check out CubeSmart in Bellwood because their outdoor signage advertised 'First Month Free (see manager for details).' Unfortunately, the unit I rented did not qualify for the free month but was instead offered 20% off. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed—especially after getting my hopes up because of the ad.

That said, I want to be fair: the climate-controlled, indoor unit is nice, and the facility itself seems well-maintained. But I can’t help feeling like the advertisement was misleading, and it left a sour taste in my experience. Just be aware and ask detailed questions before committing if you're expecting that free first month.

This is only place I used for years. The people are so pleasant. The facility is well keep and clean. I recommend Cube smart in Bellwood, if you need storage space..

Cardae and Jieurka are phenomenal! They represent the brand very well. I was with CubeSmart for 4 years and they’ve assisted me throughout the duration. The location on Harrison in Bellwood, great service and extremely clean.

My initial contact with this location was Cardae following up with me after I reserved a unit on-line. He was so courteous and helpful. The very next day I came into the location and Cardae assisted me personally. He was very kind and I truly appreciated his customer service.
