The rental process over the website & talking to a representative on the phone was easy. Completing the paperwork via email and links was simple. BEFORE you sign though, check woth your homeowners insurance to see if specifically yiur contents stored offsite
at CubeSmart Storage ( and give the address) is covered. If so get a certificate of insurance and present it at the signing. They otherwise charge a monthly fee for insurance and depending on what you're storing the limit could be inadequate. And yes, I am a insurance professional.

I reserved my cube. I went over on the date I reserved it for and they had canceled my reservation. They said they texted to confirm. I listed my home number, so that does not receive texts.
The new rate was higher.
Cubes are nice and clean, but pissed I will be paying a higher rate as long as I keep my things there.
