I’m so glad I chose CubeSmart on Oakton in Evanston. Roy’s customer service and professional were impeccable. He followed up with me once I confirmed my reservation and couldn’t have been for helpful and friendly as I navigated the facility for the first time. Couldn’t recommend this facility more highly because it’s clean, and new, but Roy’s service made it next level.

The move-in process was very smooth. Roy checked in with me to make sure access info the building and the storage unit itself had no issues and it was a easy trip!
