Been renting with the blue island location for many years my name is Ms. Patricia. Came to the facility seen. A young lady that looked very familiar while I paid my bill. She is very nice and never forgot my face. It felt so good to hear her call me by my name without me even having to tell her my name. This is the type of customer service that we be looking for as customers. Stacy is very knowledgeable and very pleasant and professional. I would love to see more of this type of customer service interaction.

The young lady at the counter was patient and took the time to show us where the storage was located.
