when i first arrived, it was great. The customer service was awesome, the staff at that time was so accommodating and was willing to work with you and was available to answer any questions and concerns, during business hours. Over the past few months, things changed, customer service took a dive (for the worst) and the staff got so disrespectful and rude, unavailable and liars, not to mention the corporate office staff, they were just as rude and unaccommodating as the branch staff. Im so dismayed with the overall experience. i loved the location and structure of the building, but good customer service is everything to me and my not-for-profit organization.

Stacy was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was the best and she was very informative about the leasing a unit process. She made it easy and very smooth. She is a great asset to the company.
