Very clean a little pricey but what’s not and Mr.Edward was very nice and respectful

Service was good. The clerk was very knowledgeable and professional. I felt safe in the space and the clerk let me know of all of the safety features in the building. Four stars.

It's been a year and some months and the service has become horrible, Corp office, store office, all of it is horrible, they threatened me, locked me out my unit, denied me access and Edward placed notes on my account stating I was moving out and I wasn't, Edward (store manager)and David-district manager, just horrible all around, I was treated so disrespectfully. I'm lost for more words, but I wouldn't recommend storing anything at this facility or any associated with them, deceivers and liars. Hopefully this review has been helpful, to the consumer 'please don't do business with them' you deserve to gain a better storage place with respectful employees.

This Blue Island location is a great place that provides your storage needs. I recommend it for the exceptional customer service that will be provided to you! The man of the day is named Edward. He is always available to assist you with positive energy that welcomes you into the Blue Island CubeSmart. Edward is professional, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable on all the products and services of CubeSmart and will make recommendations to satisfy your requirements. Please recognize Edward as a outstanding manager. Edward is definitely a five star employee. Thank you
