After closing out the storage unit here THEY kept charging the card for extra Money every month , So pay attention they are SCAMMERS

Awesome customer service. I was well attentant to having any questions answered. Much appreciated the time and patience that the customer service representative explained things out to me.

My experience with CubeSmart in Countryside was profoundly disappointing. As a first-time renter, I expected clear communication and efficient customer support, but unfortunately, neither was provided.

The initial email with directions on how to access the storage unit was vague and lacked essential details. Prior to heading to the facility, I contacted customer service for clarification, but they were unable to provide the necessary information to locate my unit. Upon arrival, I discovered that the map of the facility was equally confusing. Even more concerning, customer service—both on-site and over the phone—seemed completely unable to interpret the map or assist me effectively.

This lack of organization and poor customer service created a significant inconvenience. Despite multiple attempts to reach a resolution, including providing evidence of my on-time arrival and the numerous calls I made for assistance, no solutions or compensation were offered. The apparent indifference and lack of accountability demonstrated by CubeSmart's staff were deeply frustrating and unprofessional.

This was my first—and will undoubtedly be my last—experience with CubeSmart. I strongly advise others to consider alternative options to avoid the stress and inefficiency I encountered. Customer service and clear communication are basic expectations, and CubeSmart failed to meet them in every respect.
