Awesome on site support, good facility. Raised my price from 390 to 480 within 4 months of me being there.
Yes price increases happens at all lockers, waiting until weather starts getting colder and then raising the price by 25% is a very bad way to do business and questionably ethical.

Just received a very hefty raise to my monthly rent.
Considering they don't keep the premises air conditioned as advertised I want to know why the raise in rent went up so high? It's not like the utility bill went up.

Do NOT rent with CubeSmart. Our rate has doubled in less than a year with them. They Jack up your monthly rate every 4-6 months by a lot! They are the worst storage company I have ever dealt with.
