CubeSmart Self Storage

Mouse, spider and bee infested. I put all of my stuff there from Dekalb. It was the cheapest. Now I know why. It was super inconvenient to get a place so far away, especially when I had to deal with urine, feces, eggs and a TON of infestation and dead mice. Spend the money to stay local to watch your unit. This isn't the one. There is also no garbage there. What I didn't lose in my divorce, I definitely lost in this storage unit. Everything covered and gross. 6 of us went in and it was the WORST experience for me. I had my things there for less than a year.

Christopher was awesome . Got me in and out in less than 15 minutes and explained everything to me .

Altho’ I had some trouble on the website reserving a unit, I used the Chat option and they called me directly - it was very helpful and I was able to get it handled in a few minutes. Very clean facility and the local Manager, Fred was extremely helpful with my questions in selecting & getting a storage unit.
