The sales employee was amazing and attentive to my needs and never seemed annoyed with me when I wanted to look at several different size storage units, both inside and out. Her name was faith at the Pekin Illinois store

Krista had made everything Cristal clear, made an extra effort to make sure that I knew where my storage location was at.
She was very helpful.

I was told you won’t be charged a late fee until AFTER tho 5th day. Went to go pay and they are trying to charge me a late fee. I only have the exact amount, before they added on a late fee. Which I was told wouldnt be charged until (AFTER) the 5th day! and now my banks closed until Monday. By then whether late fee will be even higher.

Our experience was not initially 4 star but Krista turned our experience around and made it right. We called the call center and reserved a 5x10x8 at cubesmart; when we arrived we started moving in and while attempting to move our 48” shelving unit into the space we quickly realized that the 5ft unit we rented is NO where near 5ft wide!! We rented this size and expect to be provided with the amount of square footage we paid for.
Krista contacted corporate and the local store manager, Faith, and ended up moving us to another unit to meet our needs.
In the end it worked out for us and Krista was VERY helpful.
I would suggest that CUBESMART be open and honest about the ACCURATE sizes of their units, including measure to verify!
