So far so good! I just rented yesterday and it was painless so I highly recommend! Very clean also.

Very pleased with customer service and pricing. My only issue as of now is one of the entrance doors are out of order and hope to see available to access soon.

Well, I can begin by telling about the facility itself. It is clean, spacious and well maintained. But the most appreciated aspect is the management. April and David went out of there way to help me when the original 10 by 23 space I had reserved turned out to be too small. When I asked about renting an additional space they found a larger 10 by 30 space that would accommodate my storage needs and actually saved me money. They handled the extra paperwork quickly, allowing me to keep working on moving into storage. There demeanor was pleasant and professional. Overall, they made obtaining the storage space an easy experience. I highly recommend doing business with them.

I only had my unit on W Lake Ave for 2 months. If I ever need to rent again, this particular location will get my business. Shanese (watch Uncle Buck! Wink, wink. I hope she sees this!) remembered me right away and said she was sorry to see me go. I know, I know... But she really made me feel valued as a customer. She was so helpful through every step in the process and I value THAT! Moving & Storage can be stressful but Shanese made it easy. Thank you so much!
