So far I've only been here for about 3 an a half weeks now. Up to now no problems.

Great security, clean and reliable

No one was at the office after I was told there would be there at 9:30 on Tuesday. Waited way over an hour until someone came and this is after I called Corporate. There was another customer there who already had a storage bin and was wanting to upgrade and wasn’t able to do thatbecause there was no one in the office when she finally did show. It was very chaotic and confusing. she was short and really took an attitude. Because there was no one in the office when she finally did show. I did finally get a storage unit and it does look clean And I like the Security, but the employee was not the one that sold me on it. It was the other patron who was there who was wanting to upgrade he really showed me more and explain more than she ever did very disappointed that they only give active duty people military discount. My husband served two tours in Vietnam once again, it’s as if his service didn’t matter everyone kept apologizing for the delay, but I don’t think there was any compensation for my time or my frustration in the matter
