CubeSmart Self Storage

On Monday August 26th I went to make my monthly payment in the store and there was a Will Return clock on the door. So I leave and return at the time it has said in the clock well the time that the clock had said the first time was changed to 45 minutes later. Ok I got a little frustrated but left to run an errand and again returned to the facility at the time the clock had said to come back. This was the third time I returned that day and again the time of the clock had changed. By this time I was pissed off and was like I'm not doing this again so the next day I had called the facility and talked to John and made my payment over the phone and explained to him my frustration the day before. He apologized and took my payment he was very nice and was understanding of my frustration. John is very nice and I like having him work there. I've never had any problems with John and I think he makes a good asset of being there! Keep him around because there have been a lot of new faces in that building and he is the one whose been the most pleasant. :)

The place is very clean. This was a recommended facility to me by my realtor. John was very nice. My first month is free which is a bonus. The storage unit itself is very clean. Love the drive-in feature. Cameras everywhere which is a plus for security reasons. I would definitely recommend this storage to others. Thx

Overpriced! Place not well maintained! Doors have not worked for almost a year and even with that they raised their prices by 20%

Customer Care is important to me, and they were friendly and knowledgeable.
