CubeSmart Self Storage

The storage grounds are kept up really nice. I only gave one stars because my initial sign up, the young lady in the office had a bad attitude and seemed as though she didn't want to be bother. The AC doesn't work it blows warm air, so the climate control units are hot, my storage unit was burglarized 2 weeks after signing up. Police report was done & I was informed that over a dozen break ins were reported within a month. I was told possibly an inside job. Reported to Manager who seemed to didn't care.
I'm sure other tenants have had a positive experience, I'm just sharing mine.

This place is a joke! My unit was broken into and was told by manager to make an insurance claim,so I did and was denied by the insurance company!!!!y do we pay insurance?
