worst place ever. mike the current manager posted a unit for auction that he knew was infested with rodents. it was unsafe to enter would require a respirator and a hazmat suit...you could not enter this unit without throwing up. very shady person very shade place. called there district manager dwight several times with no return call back. stsy away from this place

Horrible been with them since the summer of 2021 and I called this mike character they are not willing to help you and the last time I was there in May to pay my bill in person to avoid the online convenience fee the dude got upset that I came in an paid and said I should pay online I'm looking for a different storage facility I miss the old owners who would work with you I don't recommend

I was having a problem with paying my storage rent online so I called the local CubeSmart in Kingfisher. Mike Viveiros answered the phone. Mike was amazing to work with and he had my problem resolved within minutes. He is a major asset to CubeSmart as I am sure he would be to any company he worked for. I wish every business had employees this competent and customer focused. Whatever he is earning, CubeSmart would be wise to give him a raise at the first possible opportunity.
