Manager was pleasant, informative. He took the time to see if the storage room we reserved was what we needed. It wasn't, so he found one that would fit our needs. My family and I were happy.

I have been trying to reach someone at this location for literally 3 weeks. I am trying to pay a rental fee for my hospitalized love one. Was leaving voicemails, and now the voicemail box is full... AND I STILL CAN'T FIND ANYONE TO TAKE MY MONEY... So I would say if you are ever going to want to talk to a human... or even a robot, this might not be the best place.

The woman that works here (not sure how to spell her name and I don’t want to butcher it) was absolutely fantastic. I went on 2/27 to see if I could find a unit to store things not needed at the moment while my husband and i are trying to move from Texas out this way. She was so sweet and helpful. She was able to get me a unit and I am beyond great full for it. I was able to unload the items I had in my car and head home and be able to see out of the back windshield. When I say she saved me that day she did. I drove the 2 1/2 hrs home and within maybe 3 hours of being home we were being evacuated due to the wild fires. If she hadn’t of been such a blessing that day I wouldn’t have been able to have room for the quick essentials we could grab along with the animals. She is the most amazing person. If you have storage needs definitely go here.
