CubeSmart Self Storage

I have had a unit at this location for almost 10 years. Before it was bought out by cube smart prices did not increase. Once cube smart took over, it seems like every year the price went up. I've stayed with cube smart for 2 reasons. Customer service is top notch at the Kennedale facility. Sha' is an amazing employee who goes above and beyond for her tenants. She has become like family to us. The second is knowing my belongings are safe. I have never had an issue with my storage getting broken into or floods (like the last storage place I had). I am sad to longer be a tenant at this location but very thankful for the time I was. Again, Sha' is like family to us. Always keeping us informed about what's going on, genuine conversations and taking the time to get to know you. You don't feel like just a customer with her, you definitely do not find much of that these days. I hope Cube Smart realizes what a treasure they have, having her as their employee.

Love the on-site managers. Unfortunately they do not control how much and how often the rent goes up. Rather than raising rent reasonably, Cubesmart raises it quickly and often. Now they'll have to list that same unit for 40% less to get it rented. What a clip joint.
