Communication is key. Nothing but 2 faced liars running this place. When management tells you we'll follow up with you and let you know we have more units to inspection. And fails to 'follow up' it causes a problem next month we got a termination letter for not complying to remove certain items when no follow up was done to be told to remove items..... if you say something follow through with it and notify the customer of the decision made so it can be corrected instead i got illegally terminated with 0 chance to correct a smell issue due to lack of communication. When I fought this and was 5 days past due they then locked my access to remove my items even tho I had over a month to remove my items according to the termination paper I was locked out so... yeah also illegal will never recommend this company to anyone 0 star
