They jack up rent prices manager is rude & disrespectful locked my unit even though I was told it wouldn't get locked until the next day I was in the process of moving everything out also manager 'lives on property' but for some reason can't figure out who is breaking into storage units ??‍♀️ sounds like an inside job to me. Oh also if your 1 min kept after hours lol good luck getting out bc you will be kept hostage another thing they will raise your rent and your belongings will get destroyed some how or stolen

Also BEWARE the insurence ur paying extra for bc my unit somehow got alot of water damaged and i had around $1,500 worth of my personal belongings destroyed had mold on items due to the water damage and my claim was denied so extra $11 for insurence that dosent even look out for u msinly looks out for the storage unit place
