The manager was Jonathan was very helpful and went over everything with me and made sure I knew everything I needed to know for renting the space the renovations being done look like they're coming along nicely and I am looking forward to storing here

Johnathan was extremely informative and helpful throughout the start up and set up of our storage unit

The staff at Cube Smart storage was very helpful. it seems they are remodeling and updating their equipment to keep up to date. Johnathan didn’t miss a beat with his knowledge and answered all my questions to my saftisfaction. He was extremely helpful with explaining everything and very sweet. I rented a 10x10 climate controlled unit and will update after first month to see how it works out. no photos yet

DO NOT RENT HERE. THEY ARE JOKE!!!!!! Still trying to get my refund. Have rented unit and still have not been able to get into the gate. Supposedly electric is out. Just at their building though. Sounds fishy.

If it would let me I would put ZERO STARS.

I wouldn’t recommend renting a spot from them. There are no operating cameras for security giving the thieves free range to people’s storage units.
Doesn’t matter that there is a gate code to get through they pull open the fence by the dumpsters and have full access. Climate control area door doesn’t stay shut. So there isn’t real climate control. It was opened every time we went by it. I tried to close it and it wouldn’t stay shut.
Rent increase on the smallest non climate control unit in 6 months went from 45.00 to 67.00 and then we were advised in the same 6 month period it was going up in the 84.00 range.
Trash on the ground all around the dumpster from everyone having access to it because gates are pulled open.
Honestly it was like the company itself didn’t care that there was no real security watching the units. Having so many storage units at other businesses broken into in our area I would have thought they would have taken a much better approach. This is a big deal in our area. I know of two other storage facilities that have really increased the security at the facilities in the last 2 years without making 50% rent increases.
