They will double lock your unit if you are 4 days late. Will not take their lock off after paid either. The store manager is not helpful at all and rude. Claims he can't take payment in store. When asked why said unit was double locked still he claims it was a mistake and left it at that. When asked Jonathan for his supervisor name and number he said he can't give it out and if I want that I have to call customer service to get the number. Beware if you rent here.

I have stored here for a while and recently came back in for an additional unit for a short period. JJ was very helpful in locating the best unit for my needs and let me go take a look to see what would work best. In the past he's also helped me with a lock issue on my other unit. Always keen to be helpful. Wish Cubesmart offers some additional discounts when storing in multiple units.
