I had a great experience today at SurePoint SelfStorage in Schertz at FM 1103. I rented a unit last week and stopped by with a question. Both Steven and Scudder were very friendly and helpful. As a bonus, they helped me load some packages that had been delivered to their office into my car which was way more than I expected. Great customer service.
August 7, 2017 - We visit this facility on a weekly basis and continue to receive top notch service. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful. Most recently, it was Steven and Jill. If you need a storage facility in this area, we definitely recommend it.
