My experience is the same as Rosemary below. Went by several times to pay my bill during normal store hours and no one was there. I pay in person to keep my personal checking safe. I don't pay online or by phone because I can't afford my info being compromised.
Yesterday I went by and employees were there. Charged me a late fee and said it didn't matter that I had been by several times.
Waiting for district manager to contact me concerning a credit for the amount of the late fee.
Otherwise I will move my things to another storage facility.

Online response doesn't address what was clearly explained and has been reported by more than one person.

It appears they're not concerned about losing my business
