Went to office 5 different times! No one is EVER there and always new 'Back at ?' time on door. We went back at that time, and already another time was posted. If this person is getting paid for being there, they are definitely not doing their job.

very quick and easy to get signed up over the phone. Not that I would've minded speaking to the employee at the site, but to have everything done on my phone in less than 15 minutes was awesome.
