CubeSmart Self Storage

This is to be a great storage facility until cubesmart took it over the increased the rent without notice and the manager there (Janet) should be working somewhere else not with the public not management positions for sure she lies to customers she told me that there were cameras on the entire facility but when my stuff got stolen she says (oh there are none in the back) we'll knowing all 3 of my units are in the back. So I told her she had lied to me and that was it she started playing games by first I was not allowed in after 10 any longer but did not even tell me until I went there after hours and was locked out, then she started locking me out on all my codes then told me to move out I had 3 huge units all over 13x35 a 13x45 and a 13x30 filled up and gave me 3 days to be out. That lady told me I was not gonna get any more of my stuff she was keeping it and she locked me out again so I went to her District Manager who gave me more time to get it out so u had till 3:30 on Sat I only had 2 more loaded with 2 trailers I left at 11:30 with a load I get back at 12 and 2 trailers and 5 people at the gate and it's locked and I go the office she's in her car getting ready to leave I said (I was suppose to have til 3:30 to finish so she laughs at me and sa ys ( I'm done i only had til this am ) and drives off. She plays too many games with people!!!! At the end i did get the rest of my stuff only bc the district manager let me back in! Steer clear of Janet!(THE MANAGER)

Just rented a Unit from Cube Smart like yesterday. Not sure about their sever yet. But I will gave them credit when I called looking 4 a storage place they had a space available-gave me GREAT discount on my move-in and 1st months rental fees. I'm very pleased as of now.
