I would definitely not recommend CubeSmart Self Storage in Ingleside. They are more worried about getting new clientele via the the internet than they are existing customers. About 3-4 months after they get you to sign up online for a discounted rate they raise your monthly payment over $50. It appears that it is month to month so they can increase the prices whenever they feel like it. When I called the office I was told they usually raise the rates 2 times in a 12 month period because of “supply and demand”. I find this rather strange since they have many of the same size units online for an even lower price than I am paying. I was told that I could go online and reserve another unit for the cheaper price and pay all the administrative fees again and cancel my current unit. This makes absolutely no sense. I was also told that the rate increase effective October 31st was to all units, however I have friends that have the same size units in the same location and their rates have not increased. Definitely something shady going on. Maybe it is just with the local Ingleside units. I previously had storage units in other places and my rate never changed for over a 5 year period.

Fast service and secure area very professional personal

Janice {manager} were diligent and professional in all manners from day one. Great experience for the entire time I spent using the facilities. The free boat wash and wide open area between buildings made accessing unit a breeze. Thanks Janice!
