7. My story: After moving hundreds of miles away, I stopped by to get a few things while in the area. However, I was in a hurry and didn't lock my unit correctly. Although the padlock itself was locked, the hasp wasn't correctly positioned. Fortunately, Angela and Rebecca discovered this immediately while conducting a check and notified me. They got everything locked up for me and spared me from having to drive nearly 500 miles. These folks are genuine professionals! Thank you Angela and Rebecca at CubeSmart! They didn't ask for them, but CubeSmart deserves all 5 stars and then some!
