I cannot express enough gratitude to the team at CubeSmart on Boselli Way in Georgetown. Particularly the two amazing ladies who went above and beyond to assist me. When I discovered that a charge back had been made on my account without my knowledge, I was completely lost and stressed out. However, these wonderful women stepped in and helped me resolve the issue with incredible kindness and efficiency.

Their swift action and support made a huge difference for me, and I am forever grateful for their outstanding service. It's not often you encounter such dedicated and compassionate individuals who truly care about their customers. Thank you, CubeSmart, for having such exceptional staff!

Very well organized. The staff is very professional

I was so impressed with how helpful they were in the office. I was immediately greeted with a smile and despite all my questions, they took their time to answer every single one and treated me with the upmost kindness. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage. I have full confidence that everything will be secure and looked after. I went to several different locations and this is the one I chose because of the professionalism, respect, and care that Rhonda showed me.

I’ve already moved and live in Waco but still can’t bring myself to leave this storage location.
