Do NOT use this company. New management has been a disorganized mess and sold my unit without notification. In the process of suing this company and the manager Dave.

They didn't take a partial payment and sold my stuff. I got emails and recorded conversations with the manager stating he would work with me. He kept stating they couldn't take a partial payment...why I asked he said that was corporates decision. That's not the case I called corporate, they stated he could. THEY WILL LIE TOO YOU HERE DO NOT GO HERE.

This facility was taken over by Cubesmart a few months ago
TLDR the new corp is national and sloppy and not worth dealing with, messes up all billing and won’t communicate with you directly.

I had a unit with the previous ownership and never had any issues, since cube smart took over they have over billed me for every single month for 4 months. Including the first month where they charged me 4x normal rent because they said they weren’t sure how much to charge me so it seems they just guessed a number 4x a pretty standard cost? Every time they do mess it up I have to call their corporate line to speak with someone who has no access to billing or the units, management doesn’t have a phone number or email they expect you to call corporate who leaves an internal memo for management who they promise will get back to you when they are ready with no time estimate. Generally a week or two later someone who is NOT management will call saying management offered to just comp the next month(s) for the overcharge but the person calling can’t offer a refund instead because again, management has to do that and is unreachable. Storage units are basically a scam they are so easy to run. Keep the gate working and take our money and cubesmart can’t do either of those correctly.

David in the office is so lovely and the seamless nature of online reservations and payment/booking makes life easier.
