CubeSmart Self Storage

Mr. Dave Syzmanski, a fine gentleman and the General Manager of the CubeSmart on Pearl St. in Boulder, went far out of his way to help us to resolve several complex issues relating to financial/billing reconciliation and the status of our account. Mr. Syzmanski was courteous, professional, polite and unhesitatingly diligent. He stopped other matters on which he was working to complete an in-person inspection of the storage locker in order to obtain and confirm needed data. Having done so, he gave to me the courtesy of a return telephone call and sent to me a confirming e-mail message. I cannot thank him enough for all he did for us (thank you!), all so willingly and respectfully. Because he understands the importance of being reasonable and doing things correctly, Mr. Syzmanski resolved all outstanding issues completely and satisfactorily in a short time. I definitely recommend him to anyone who appreciates a fair and honest businessperson.

Check the dates on positive reviews! This facility was recently acquired by Cubesmart, the positive reviews are for the previous company. Cubesmart failed to notify customers of the acquisition, made numerous errors in accounting and billing (and continues to do so), and does not adequately staff the location or answer the phone during office hours.
I only learned Cubesmart acquired the facility when I received an email from them stating that I was late on payments and owed both a late fee and an insurance fee (I have my own insurance). I could not reach anyone via phone, and had to visit the office THREE TIMES during their stated hours before I found someone there.
They are raising prices, and this location is already pretty rough compared to other storage facilities. My outdoor unit was constantly full of dust/ash/mouse poop. This company does not care about you or your stuff, they are a publicly traded property investment company that runs storage facilities. Please rent somewhere else, you are asking for trouble by using this company.
All those positive reviews you see for Louis and Rebecca? Those are for the former US Storage Center staff, they ain't there anymore.

Giving one star because negative stars was not an option. I have had absolutely horrible experiences with this company. The 24/7 phone line to pay your bill disconnects before it allows you to pay and the online payment also does not work. It seems like a scam making it impossible to pay resulting in late fees. More than that their gate stopped working when I was inside and there was no number that anyone would answer to open the gate. This is the first time I’ve ever written a review. The experience had been so terrible that i don’t want anyone else to be put through their bull shit!
