Rebecca was wonderful and very helpful. She gave us wonderful cuatomer service over the phone, and exceeded out expectations in person.

By far, the worst customer service I have ever had. I reserved the unit the beginning of July and paid for it through the end of August. I did this over the phone with Louis, the manager. I made him aware that I wouldn't be to Boulder until July 24 and he said 'no problem'. I arrived the 24th with 2 car loads of items. Rebecca was working and she finanlized the contract by taking my drivers license and sold me the lock. She took me to the unit, only to discover there was already a lock on it. All she said was 'sorry' I asked if we could have a larger unit. She said 'yes' but we would have to pay the difference. My son asked if we could store our items in the larger unit until they figured out a solution, for their mistake. Again, she said 'no'. She said she couldnt do anything since she wasn't the manager and she didn't know when he'd be back. I live over an hour away and didn't have time to wait around. We drove to the facility next door, StorQuest, met with a wonderful employee and rented a unit with them. I went back to US, I asked Rebecca to refund the full amount for the storage unit. She said she would ' make a request'. I asked to be reimbursed for the lock. She said 'no, its not in the original package'. I reminded her she took it out of the package less than 20 minutes ago. Then she just stopped talking to me. She ignored my questions. Took phone calls. Typed on the computer. The card on the counter says she is the assistant manager. If she can't preform simple tasks, then her job title needs to change. She called me the next day to tell me they have a 'much nicer' unit for me. I reminded her that we rented with the place next door and I wanted to be refunded. Again, she said 'ill put in a request'. I never did receive a call or apology from Louis. I would not recommend this place ever. I wouldn't even give it 1 star, but there isn't a 0 star option.
