I would avoid the storage unit company at all cost. My Unit had a bill due that was less than six days late and they Padlock my unit without so much as a courtesy call. I paid my bill on my way to the storage unit after a 45 minute drive and found that I cannot get in and there’s no way to contact the store manager. I can understand if my bill was 10 days or more late, but six?!? Absolutely ridiculous, I cannot wait to pull all of my stuff out of my storage unit and take it to another provider. I will never use CubeSmart again, and I will be sure to never recommend their services to anybody.
