Was not asked if wanted inside or outside . Which I wanted drive up.Stated was getting a discount but not what I asked for. And then going to unit was not swept out and there is 2 holes in roof. And then when asking to cancel would take 2 weeks or so for money to go back on card. Not happy at all ?

CubeSmart is not in the storage business, they're in the auction business. I watched then deny a 3 day grace to a customer that had been on time every month until he got hurt and had to have surgery. I spoke to the management staff while they discussed this man's history with me, ignoring his right to privacy. They talked about him choosing not to pay them despite the information about his medical condition and his good payment history prior to this issue. I am appalled by the refusal to work with those who are temporarily financially impacted. I highly recommend anyone thinking about using these facilities consider this. They will not make payment arrangements, they will not allow the late payment to be made without the current, they will not allow you to make an arrangement with the late fees. No partial payments are taken. The late fees are nearly as high as the payment and they are impossible to get hold of. Buyer beware.

Very satisfied! Easy setup process. Able to do everything online. Nice secure and clean facility. Affordable rates. They have an app too. Highly recommended!
